What you can verify
GAF Master Elite Contractor
A certification held by a small fraction of roofers in North America. It requires proof of licensing, insurance, and a track record GAF audits, and it lets us register enhanced system warranties most contractors cannot offer.
GAF President's Club Award Winner
Recognition reserved for the top Master Elite contractors, based on installation quality, service, and reliability. It is an annual award, not a one-time badge.
Licensed & Insured
Schoen's Roofing LLC carries general liability and workers compensation insurance. We provide certificates on request, and we never put an uninsured crew on your roof.
Family-Owned, Six Offices
We are not a storm-chasing operation. Anthony Schoen founded the company in Beatrice, and our standing offices across four states mean we are here to honor what we install.
What we put in writing
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind our installation. If something we did fails, we make it right. Our workmanship guarantee sits on top of the manufacturer's material warranty so both the parts and the labor are covered.
Manufacturer material warranties
GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, James Hardie, and LP all warrant their materials for decades. As a GAF Master Elite contractor we can register enhanced GAF system warranties that cover materials and workmanship together.
Documented for your records
Every roof is photographed before, during, and after, and you receive the warranty paperwork on completion. Documentation keeps your coverage intact if you ever need to make a claim or sell the home.
