Cold-weld seams
A TPO seam welded too cool looks fine and fails in a year. We weld to temperature and probe the seams so the bond is real, not just apparent.
Roofing
Heat-welded TPO single-ply membrane for low-slope commercial roofs, reflective, durable, and strong at the seams.
TPO is one of the most common single-ply membranes on low-slope commercial roofs, and for good reason. Its seams are heat-welded into a continuous bond rather than glued, so the most common failure point on a flat roof, the seam, becomes one of its strengths. Its reflective white surface also bounces summer heat, which can lower cooling costs on a building with a lot of roof.
We install TPO on storefronts, shops, and warehouses across the communities we serve, from Main Street buildings in Beatrice and Nebraska City to commercial properties in the Kansas City and Council Bluffs metros. As with any commercial roof, the membrane is only as good as the drainage, insulation, and detailing under and around it, and that is where we focus.

TPO is durable, but standing water finds any weak point over time. We address slope and drainage with tapered insulation rather than just laying membrane over a flat deck.
Most leaks start at a pipe, curb, or drain. We detail and weld these to the manufacturer spec so they are not the weak link.
TPO is priced per square foot and depends on the membrane thickness, the insulation, and the condition of the existing roof. We price it after an on-site assessment rather than quoting blind, because tear-off, insulation, and drainage work vary widely between buildings.
For owners holding a building long term, pairing TPO with a maintenance program protects the warranty and catches small seam and flashing issues before they become a tenant's problem.
We provide tpo roofing across Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri. Each city has its own page with local storm context and the office that serves it:
TPO's heat-welded seams turn a flat roof's biggest weak point into a strength, and its reflective surface can lower summer cooling costs. EPDM and modified bitumen each have their place; the right choice depends on your building, which is why we assess before recommending.
Usually yes. We stage the work to keep entrances clear and the interior dry, and we can phase a larger roof so your operation keeps running. We plan the schedule around your hours.
A properly installed TPO roof with sound drainage typically lasts 20 to 30 years, and a maintenance program helps it reach the upper end of that range while keeping the manufacturer warranty in force.
